            1. Do you want a rancher, or a two-storey home?
            2. How many bedrooms are you looking for?
            3. How many bathrooms?
            4. Does it have a 2-car garage or a 3-car garage?
            5. How big is your new home?

The answers to these questions will begin shaping your dream home.  Once you have a good idea of the type of house you will be building, the next step is deciding where you want to build, and how big of a lot will you need.
